I sincerely would like to write this review as this hotel has one of the best management and customer service systems (2019 November). I recently stayed here for one night for a business purpose. We booked through a third party who clearly messed up our booking confirmation as it indicated a smoking room while the booking was made for a non smoking room. The Manager took an immediate action by going above and beyond to make sure that I get a non smoking room with a river view on the top floor of the hotel. Jeremy also helped with the relocation of my luggage. It was a top notch service and I would like to recommend this hotel without any reservation. Thank you.

This is truly a Chinese Hotel pretending to be international, Level of English would be grade 1 or 2, can't help cliente, because they can't understand simpe question like, do you have a fitness / gym? Not good
