Wandai International Hotel

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

Great location near to the core tourist areas, shopping and eating closely around. Metro station in 2-minutes walk. Spacious room, good breakfast.

The room is not bad and the location of the hotel is very central, but the AC programming in our room (or every room?) is faulty: When it reaches the preset temperature, it tries to keep the temperature without a threshold/delay, so it switches on for 1 second, then off for 10 seconds, then repeats endlessly, which is annoying when you want to sleep. The service personell and technician said that they don't understand what we mean (though my partner speaks Chinese) but we feel they knew it was programmed like that and they can or want not to change it. So we slept without the AC, which is hot (and opening the windows is loud). So the attitude of the service is just mediocre.
