We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Although the hotel is a bit outside the city center, the free shuttle service was excellent—always available and very convenient. The interior design was lovely, and the on-site restaurant was a big plus. Having lunch and dinner options was very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to Mohammad Rayan, the first staff member we met—he was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and left a great first impression. Highly recommended!

Very generous hotel. Big rooms with most accessories. Safe, fridge etc. Clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and attentive. Actually a very good restaurant with a nice menu. Also served a pretty decent breakfast. Hotel has a free shuttle to the nearest subway station which is good since the distance from the city is considerable. Walking to the subway will take 30min. An Uber to the station is around 15€.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! PLEASE BEWARE! Edit in response to the hotel: This claim of them offering to re-book is not true. I reached out and asked if I could rebook and they said no. Secondly, when I was booking the hotel, it was not visible that it was not refundable. Lastly, to try and take over $600 from someone who you admitted never stayed at your hotel is ridiculous, and I am shocked that they are shocked that I am upset. I will not be silenced. I booked this place and within an hour let them know that I couldn’t make it since plans changed. They went back and forth with me about a policy that was never there on booking.com and tried to lie and say I could reschedule, then back tracked and said I could not do that. I disputed the $600+ dollars with my credit card company and now they are refuting it, mind you, I NEVER stayed at the hotel, so to try and take this amount of money from me is ridiculous. They also deleted my review off of booking.com and are trying to silence me. Please beware!
