Amazing place to stay in Warsaw! Great service, high comfort, very good location.
・The location was good, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station and there was a supermarket nearby. ・The building was old, but the shower had no problems with water and the room was clean. ・The air conditioner was broken, but there was a ceiling fan so I was able to bear the heat. ・The owner of the apartment was very nice and did her best to accommodate my requests. I am grateful. ・Agoda's terms and conditions stated daily cleaning but it was only once a week. The hotel owner says that the rules state that cleaning should be done once a week. ・Opening the door to the room was a little difficult (because it was completely different from how doors are opened in Japan) ・I contacted Agoda's customer support but got no reply.
Shower’s done, and… surprise! The living room floor’s a puddle. Why? Who knows. As for the atmosphere — think music festival, but worse. Multiple guests thought it was cool to blast music non-stop, night and day. Even the stone walls were shaking. Add to that paper-thin walls and constant noise, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for zero sleep. This isn’t a hostel, it’s a nightmare with a roof.
