Absolutely outstanding stay! 🌟 The panoramic city view from our room was simply stunning. The spa and gym facilities are truly top-notch – the best of the best. The breakfast buffet was delicious and full of variety, with fresh waffles made on the spot. Perfect central location, just 5 minutes from the train station. The Skybar offers great atmosphere – though be prepared, it's quite expensive. Highly recommended!

The five-star, forty-floor hotel is strategically positioned in front of the central train station and a major shopping centre, offering convenient access to various transportation options for seamless city exploration. The hotel's reception, accommodations, dining facilities, and staff consistently receive high praise. However, during my stay, maintenance activities on the 27th floor resulted in disruptive drilling noise throughout the day. Regrettably, the receptionist offered no immediate assistance and asked me to contact the manager myself. Consequently, I was unable to remain in my room and had to leave the premises.

There are many hotels that claim to be 5-star, but the standard of amenities and service fall far short of this level of hospitality. This hotel has long since passed its prime! The ongoing room renovations are certainly taking their toll on hotel guests, including being woken up by a jackhammer at 7:30 a.m.! The advantages of this place are undoubtedly its great location, multiple floors, and excellent gym. P.S. Please do something about the chlorine in the pool—the stinging in the eyes is unbearable.
