Excellent Stay at Southern Sun Cape Town My experience at the Southern Sun Hotel in Cape Town was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service was outstanding — every member of staff we interacted with was professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humour, which really added to the atmosphere and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is top-tier, right in the heart of Cape Town with easy access to the waterfront, Table Mountain, and all the major attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, it's perfectly situated. Considering the size and scale of the hotel, the prices are very reasonable. You get excellent value for the level of service, amenities, and comfort. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and seamless. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Cape Town. I’ll definitely be returning!

The placement of the hotel is on a perfect spot of the town. One side the city traffic and life and the other side is the table Mountain View which looks breath taking when u wake up and before u go to sleep. Friendly staff, breakfast options were good too.

Do not stay here if you are a wheelchair user like myself. I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room. When I got to the room there was no hot water in the bathroom and the lights flickerd. One of the bedside lights couldn't switch off. They moved me to a non accessible room the next morning where most of the TV channels had little to no sound. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
