Warwick Allerton Chicago

I had a wonderful experience at Warwick. The room was spacious. We had all of our needed necessities, the service was phenomenal thanks to Andre at the front desk who made accommodations to our stay and was super helpful with making our stay easier. Also, Josue from Valley was extremely nice and on point. The location was perfect on Michigan Ave. I recommend!

This hotel could be so much better. We're here for two nights and while the location is excellent off the Magnificent Mile, the hotel is dated. The amenities are lacking, the room has an odd odor, there are no restaurants and the takeout menu is slim. The coffee is good, but not complimentary. This morning's staff member at the breakfast counter was less than cheerful. So if we're going to come into the city for a few nights we expect a clean, updated hotel and excellent staff. This one, as previously stated, could be so much better with a little effort. We visited The Allerton many years ago and it was much nicer than it is now.

At one time I thought this would be a great hotel option, now that I have spent my first visit I my revise my original review. Room comfortable, dated, but comfortable. Noticed an oder in the room and notifying the front desk and manager, 2 days ago, with no response!! Cafe attendant was very rude and if you read, as I did, that there is a buffet breakfast, forget it. It's a snack bar with minimal selection and high prices. The only "complimentary coffee" is the ones in your room, with powdered creamer. Coffee in the lobby is 6.00 a cup. There was dirty dishes and glasses in the hallway when we arrived. As of this writing they are still there with a housekeeping cart 3 ft away and after notifying the front desk and manager with no response. Good luck
