Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms clean and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a hotel few steps away from champs Elyse. Or almost in champs elyse because you literally wall for a less than a minute! The only thing that was off is that we waited 3 hours to check in in our room which was annoying because their lobby is very small and we were tired we just wanted to get into our room and rest.

I stayed at this hotel for its perfect location near the Champs-Élysées, which is definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had a strong humidity smell and felt very old and poorly maintained. The atmosphere in the room made my stay uncomfortable, and I expected a higher standard given the area. Overall, while the location and staff are great, the room conditions need serious improvement. I wouldn’t return unless renovations are made.

The location of the hotel is undeniably excellent – just steps from the Champs-Elysées, making it ideal for exploring central Paris. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end. The hotel itself feels extremely dated and in dire need of a full renovation. The interior is dark, heavy, and has not aged well – it truly looks and feels like it’s stuck in the 1970s. The dark red carpets and furnishings give a worn, almost dirty impression. It’s not just about aesthetics – there’s a general feeling of neglect. My room (420) was of a decent size, which is a plus for Paris, but cleanliness left much to be desired. I found garbage from previous guests upon check-in, which is unacceptable. The minibar prices were also shockingly inflated – €8 for a small Toblerone, which you can find just a minute away at Carrefour for around €1.30. Breakfast was by far the worst part of the stay. I gave it a try on the first morning and never returned. There were very few options, poor quality food, and no available tables. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff appeared uninterested and disengaged. On a slightly better note, the ladies at the reception were polite and did their job adequately, but the internet connection was unreliable, which added to the overall frustration. This hotel might have once been something special, but now it relies solely on its location and charges premium prices for subpar service and outdated facilities. I would not recommend staying here until major renovations and service improvements are made.
