Warwick Le Crystal Montreal

We had a wonderful stay at Warwick Le Crystal Hotel in Montreal! From the valet to the management team, everyone was very nice, polite, and welcoming. There was a miscommunication with our room reservation on the first day, but the manager resolved it promptly the next morning and even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a better suite room 711. which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time. The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our visit, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

First night at the Warwick and it has beyond exceeded my expectations. This hotel is better than any 5 star hotel on the Vegas Strip and anyone giving it a less than 5 star review has to be stuck up and full of themselves. Rooms are large, airy, and, most importantly for me, smartly soundproofed. The details are meticulous here and I just got out of the best rain shower in the washroom, where water was nice and hot. It is very clear that staff and management here care a lot about guests' comfort. The bedsheets are silky smooth and luxurious. I literally feel like I'm at a Ritz here. Lastly, service is impeccable from the moment you walk in. I'll be returning to the Warwick.

Back at the Warwick Le Crystal again! Just wrapped up our second stay in 10 days, and honestly, we're completely hooked. This marks our third consecutive summer choosing this place for our annual trek to Montreal for family visits. Our usual premier suite feels like a home away from home now. The setup is unbeatable with a roomy living area flowing into the generous bedroom, all kept immaculately clean with zero noise issues. The indoor fireplace never gets old, and the dual bathrooms make getting ready so much easier when you're sharing the space. The balcony views of downtown Montreal are fantastic - we always end up spending our morning time out there taking in the city and judging what the Montreal weather has in store for us. Having the microwave and kitchenette setup is great too, What keeps us coming back year after year isn't just the convenient central downtown location - it's the staff. How they handle everything thoughtfully and consistently. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special, and that kind of thoughtful service is hard to find. Some places just get it right, and the Warwick Le Crystal definitely does, and that's why we'll be back next summer without question.
