Warwick Melrose Dallas

I stay here every year at least twice and they always exceed my expectations. Everyone at front desk is amazing except one woman, but overall I love the staff. Alma the front and housekeeping is a Badd B, and is a very strong hard working woman, and I'm blessed to see her each stay at the Warwick. The rooms are always clean, and if you ever have a problem, don't hesitate to call down. I chose this place to celebrate a special day for me out of anywhere I could've gone, and it was worth it. One helpful tip is there is a filtered cold water dispenser in the fitness center, just catch it by 10pm. I wish there was another water dispenser that's accessible at all hours though. The pool is wonderful, and clean. Enjoy your stay if you decide to stay there.

Stayed here for a quick trip to Dallas and was very pleased with our visit. The hotel is classical and has a great lobby, and live jazz music at night. Staff was accommodating for a couple of requests with accessibility, early check in etc. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The feedback I have is there is nobody actively helping people with bags (my aging mother was visibly needing help on our way in and out and nobody offered to assist), as well- over night parking is priced really high- mind you the valet (not part of the warwick staff) was hit or miss on service level. Overall, I would stay here again!

Overall this hotel is luxury at an accessible price. The property and room itself were a little dated but charming, and not so much to distract. We loved the pool, location and all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Especially the valet!
