We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful staff. A very special thanks to Mr. Roudi, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly comfortable.He was always kind, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. I am very dissatisfied with the management of the hotel and overall level of service. I have been a loyal customer to the hotel for the past 4 years and have stayed for long period of times (sometimes over a month) several years in a row. During my last stay this month, the gym was unavailable, the room service was unavailable many times. The electricity is 24h but cuts several times during the day so if you are on a work call, you have to reconnect (this is always the case in the hotel). With all these inconvenience, I have asked for a better rate around Christmas time (and instead of getting a higher price to keep my existing pre Christmas rate). The management refused my request, didn't offer any alternative solutions or extras and didn't even inform me of their decision on my final rate. They don't value their loyal customers and don't even make the effort to communicate with them or to offer a commercial gesture. I won't be staying again at the hotel.
