Stay over to celebrate friend's birthday. First visit. Great to be able to have a window to let fresh air in. Lovely toiletries and comfy beds. Delicious biscuits 😋
Always a good standard. Clean rooms comfy bed. Good bathrooms. Food always of a high standard and the staff are perfect. We go several times a year to see relatives and the service has never been anything other than excellent. It is good value. Decent pool too for a swimmer.
The hotel is okay. The rooms feel a bit dated but then again it's what you would probably expect from an independent hotel. It took around 4 attempts to get the room key card working, and they stopped working in-between. The restaurant is excellent and would recommend spending some time in there.
