Washington Hotel

The service they provide is very unprofessional and poor The rooms are poorly kept The bathroom dont even expect this kind from ****hotel The food and presentation was unattractive and overall the whole hotel has poor management,dont reccomend it either for stay or meeting not at all!

The hotel has a very good location but the inside was very underwhelming, most of the surfaces in the restaurant as well as halls were noticeably dusty and in my experience some of the stuff were not professional.

I came to the hotel for a layover of a night after a long day flying. I was expecting to be greeted by a nice comforting lobby, not one blasting music where you could barely hear the receptionist. Going to the room now, it was less than underwhelming as I was first greeted by a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom is nothing more than awkward with the toilet glued to the sink. The worst came when I took my shower, with it being leaking all over the floor and no hot water. Trying to sleep was the hardest bit as the room has little to no insulation making it an extremely disappointing sleep for a pretty dismal one night at a very mediocre hotel. I strongly recommend not residing here. Nevertheless the staff was remarkably friendly and patient with the given infrastructure.
