My stay was made exceptional thanks to Ali at the reception. He was absolutely perfect — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Ali truly elevated the experience and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While Ali’s service was outstanding, I believe the hotel itself could benefit from a bit of updating to better match the high standard he sets. A few renovations here and there would make the stay even more enjoyable. Once again Ali his the best ❤️❤️❤️

Péssima: não fiquem aqui ATENCAO Well, I would like to communicate my complete dissatisfaction with my stay with you. All the facilities were as shown in the photos, the hotel is very beautiful, but nothing worked. The bathroom: after a whole day on a tour, I arrived at the hotel very late and tired and went to take a shower. But I had to interrupt my shower because the water simply wouldn't go down, it looked like a swimming pool, and the water was leaking all over the room. And what was supposed to be a simple shower turned into a huge mess because I had to throw all the towels on the floor to contain the water (photos attached). I didn't call anyone to help simply because I was exhausted and tired and it was already extremely late and I would only be staying one night. The air conditioning: after the shower, the air conditioning simply didn't work. Breakfast: I went to the reception to check out at 6 am and asked if I could have a coffee since I would have to leave hungry. The guy said that I could go to the café and order something to eat since the coffee was already being prepared. I know that coffee is only served at 6:30, but I politely tried to go to the cafe and ask for something to eat, but I was refused and very rudely received by the cafe manager. He said that it was not on time and that I should not come in. The food was there, I had paid for it, and I was greeted with very rude words. After returning from my trip, and trying to get my refund for the damage caused, the company took a month (until my right to review Book.com expired) to say that they would not do anything. Therefore, please do not stay here.
