Wassim Hotel

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The reception staff is very helpful, especially a person named Noah, who was extremely cooperative and assisted us in retrieving our lost luggage at the airport. He also helped us reach Disneyland and was very caring towards us, which made us feel safe. Thanks, appreciation, and respect to Noah and thanks to the entire hotel staff."

This hotel is located about 15-20 mins drive from Disneyland, they will provide free shutter bus to Disneyland and return to hotel at designated times. The condition of the hotel is very good as it’s newly built. The front desk assistants are very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. We would like to especially thanks to Mr. 小徐who assisted us to order our take away and provided us some guides for the travels. I would also like to thanks to Ms Guan Guan who used her own mobile to booked us a taxi and paid for us in advanced and been really patience to me as I have no Wechat or Alipay to pay her back till the next day I paid her by cash. She dint chase after it but very politely to tell me she is fine. This hotel also provided us fresh fruits everyday in the hotel room in addition to coffee and tea. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Disneyland and surrounding, this hotel value for money!

The room is quite large and clean but have smoking smell and the room wall cannot reduce the noise from outside at all. You will hear everything from the hallway and from the room next to you. Don’t come here if you want to sleep. Also, most of the staff here cannot understand English. You have to speak Chinese to communicate.
