Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino

Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-kept, with the staff consistently maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The convenient location allowed us to easily access the city and nearby tourist attractions, enhancing our experience. While the hotel offers top-notch amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, we did find that it was a bit on the expensive side compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the lack of essential toiletries in the room was a small drawback that could be improved upon. Nevertheless, we appreciated the comfortable environment and the attentive service, making for a memorable stay. The hotel staff were welcoming, polite, and highly professional in addressing our needs. We are grateful to them for their assistance.

This hotel was my first choice when I came to Cebu. I think it was a very good choice now that I stayed here. The grounds are beautiful, the interior of the hotel amazing, the restaurant along with continental breakfast is the best quality food and service, the room was superb and the happy hour and the floor really had great snacks, drinks, and view. I just loved this place. It isnt really a bad walk from here to Ayala malls or IT park. I was warned to be careful if walking to Ayala due to road traffic, but it really wasn't bad at all.

The Waterfront Hotel is a wonderful full-service place to vacation. It is also a convention center with a casino on the second level and a nightclub on the lower level. It has on-site free parking (validation required) and several restaurants. The gym is smaller than others I have seen, but offers many options. The pool area is large, comfortable, and quiet. There are areas to sit and meet next to the pool area without having to be near splashing water. The included breakfast is amazing in the main restaurant off the lobby. The hotel staff is friendly, efficient, and always available. The hotel is located right next to the IT Park (a well developed area with many interesting venues). For vacationers brave enough to drive in Cebu traffic, The Waterfront is located near two main streets that allow you to access most of the city (next time I'll take taxis, LOL). There is also a small park in front of the hotel for those seeking a short break in nature. Overall, our time at the Waterfront Hotel made the trip to Cebu better.
