Beautiful location for a post safari beach trip. Feels private and special. Food is lovely. Staff. friendly and helpful, great service. Very clean rooms. Had a massage which was excellent and really good value. And, They make the nicest chocolate cookies ever!
The best stay I ever had! This place has amazing vibe, I felt like a part of the family and not a tourist. Cottages are gorgeous,food is very tasty, coctails are one in a kind and staff is a heart of Waterlovers. Thank you for your hospitality and hope to see again in the future!
Pros- Rooms are good, clean, directly in front of the beach so it's beautiful. Good service, employees respectful and helpful. Cons- No TV in Rooms. I had the penthouse and I'm used to airport hotels like Four Points by Sheraton. Did not see any paper towels in kitchen. Unlike airport hotels, the bar and kitchen has a time it closes. Which was horrible since I work night shift so I usually eat at night. I was starving at 10 pm. Food is a good 5/10. Disappointed by steak and mashed potatoes. Steak was too small tasted odd, might be the worst steak i ever had , and trust me I'm from Houston so we have $20 steak nights every weekday. Wifi is the worst wifi I've ever had in a hotel. Back to pros, beautiful Resort by the beach good customer service, good check in and explanation
