Our stay at Waterman Supetrus Resort was excellent. The location, facilities, swimming pools, various restaurants, ice cream stand, kids club, etc, all was fantastic. But what really made the difference for us (family including young child and grand-parent) is the staff - the manager (Yoan) is brilliant, Chef John always there to make sure the food is ready and the (huge) property is well kept by the owners. We highly recommend staying at the resort. Perfect for families
Wonderful hotel, beautiful location, all amenities one can ask for, one will truly relax here. Only (not a small one) issue are the restaurants, its staff and the food...there are no croatian or even regional chefs, all come from the middle east and asia, which is fine, but do not expect local delicacies, do not expect food that is tasty...shame. Staff are abysmal, tired of guests, no smile in view, 10 mins to closing time lights go off and guests are asked to leave...And above all, no management or leadership in sight....
"Incredible that this is a 4-star hotel — 3 stars would be more appropriate. We had all-inclusive. The few drinks that were included were tasteless and watered down. There wasn’t a large selection of food, and the food was also bland. The room was okay, and the cleaning of the room was good. Otherwise, the entire hotel area shows signs of wear and is in dire need of renovation. I do not recommend this hotel
