Spacious and comfortable rooms. Especially the bed. Great linen. Good amenities. Location is also very suitable to reach most places in Uluwatu in relatively short time >30min on a motorcycle. I loved the friendly and helpful staff. Very hospitable and welcoming

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night in a Superior Room. I checked in late and checked out early. The room was clean and tidy. The AC, water heater, lights, and TV all worked well. The shower gel could also be used as a bubble bath. The shampoo didn’t make my hair dry or tangled, and the conditioner was easy to rinse out. My husband received a complimentary cake for his birthday, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the check-in and check-out process took a bit longer since there was only one staff member on duty. Very close to the airport — it only took about 10 minutes by car to get there.

Good bang for buck! The staff are exceptional and make really make your stay. We stayed for 4 night unplanned. Travelling with twin babies we were treated like royalty. The rooms are dated, while spacious, cold and dark. We slept great. So did our babies. We required some maintenance and the staff were quick to rectify. Thee smart TV served us well. The pools are great and weren’t used often so we had them to ourselves. The roof pool was awesome for kids with different depths and cabanas. Our breakfasts hit the spot and had a good variety of both western and Indonesian. Chefs present to cook omelette and satay skewers. The peanut sauce was on point. Kids play room was a hit for us and helped keep our boys entertained and was often cleaned. Some pool noodles were used to line a wall which have deteriorated and leave mess and choking hazards which is a bit annoying. Location is in a busy spot but the side street takes you to the beach and it quietens down a bit. Note- Laundry service is available but charged per item and is 5-6x going rate. We wish to thank the staff who were all amazing, outgoing and so bubbly and friendly. The hotel is safe and accommodating. Keep it up.
