Watermark Resort Caloundra

Really enjoyed the one night stay. Room was big for a studio. Very clean and well appointed. Outside setting next to pool was a bonus and good to sit and unwind with a beverage. Reception staff was welcoming and efficient. Didnt have to ask anything as all was explained. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this resort.We came from the UK and spent 4weeks in a 3 bed apartment in Jan/Feb 2025. Apartment was spotless and well maintained with everything we needed. One of our party was disabled and in a wheelchair everything was done to ensure his needs were met. Location was perfect.everyone from Michelle and Stuart to reception staff and cleaners were always welcoming, friendly, cheerful and on hand to help.there is nothing negative we can say about this resort. Thank you Watermark for making our stay on the Sunshine Coast so successful. Sandie And Terry.

This resort is situated in a fabulous area. Walking distance to everything you might need. Nice little view from the balcony. The room was clean & comfortable with good pressure in the showers. I checked in just after office closing time and the receptionist was very friendly and took her time telling me about the resort. I appreciated that. Smokers be aware, this resort is unapologetically non-smoking. There is an unloved smoking area in the front. This was a long walk from my room. Although the area felt very safe, as a woman travelling alone, this made a late night ciggie a bit nerve-wracking. Otherwise, happy to recommend
