I booked a spa morning session for me and my daughter on her 21st birthday. This included a 30 min massage. To say we were highly impressed is an understatement. The facilities were amazing with use of your own hot tub outside. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a really excellent experience for us . Highly recommend and thank you to the staff
Wonderful stay at this beautiful venue! Just returned from a thoroughly relaxed weekend break - our first visit but certainly won't be our last. Friendly, attentive service from all the members of staff we encountered, from check in and throughout the hotel. Our room was lovely, good quality furnishings and exceptionally clean. Food was delicious and an excellent choice on the menu. Spa was again wonderfully clean and treatments were professional and good value. Absolutely stunning views and location. Thank you to everyone at Waterton Park for a fabulous trip, we'll be back!
Went for the twilight spa experience. Staff were superb, location beautiful, pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were good, plus outdoor hot tub. Felt a little weird walking through a wedding party in a bar to get to the hot tubs. Overall, great way to spend a few hours.
