I had a great experience at The Waves Aqua Resort! The service was excellent and everything was well organized. I especially want to thank the night auditor, Ayoub, for his kindness and all the help he provided during my stay. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Reviewing just the water park as we visited this independently of the resort. The water park is very good, possibly the best near Rabat, had a great time. Leaving a 4* review as the wave pool was open but not producing any waves, and two of the large water slides were closed - seemingly for some time too. Also some of the stairs to the rides could do with a thorough clean as there were a bit dirty and some had bird droppings which had obviously been there a while.

To the Management of Waves Hotel, Greetings, I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was highly disappointing. Firstly, one of your staff members acted in a completely inappropriate manner by insulting my son in front of me. When I addressed him respectfully, hoping to understand the issue, his response was rude and unprofessional. Secondly, we ordered meals for four people, but all the food was served on a single plate. When I asked for each meal to be served separately, as is standard practice, the staff member responded by saying, “My shift is over,” as if customer service ends with the clock. Thirdly, I was surprised to find that we had to pay for parking, even though we were hotel guests. It is unreasonable to charge guests for parking — this feels like exploitation rather than hospitality. Frankly, the level of service was far below expectations, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve both the quality of service and staff conduct.
