My wife and I just had another wonderful short stay at Caves Beach Resort. Sarah, at Reception, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was excellent, and so comfortable. The Bar & Restaurant staff were great, and the food was delicious. Caves Beach Resort is in a fabulous location. The nearby beach and caves are pristine and well worth a visit. We will definitely be returning to stay again. Highly recommended.
Venue is amazing with fresh salt air. Indoor and outdoor tables to choose from and plenty of free parking, ev-charges, and great kids playground. It's a short walk to freshen up in the ocean with beautiful clean golden sand. Staff and food are really excellent and at reasonable prices.
We stayed one night in a beautiful cabin with beach view. Very luxurious, but needs maintenance. The screen door was useless, with seized rollers. The main door was almost as bad, and the internal blind couldn't be drawn, such that our privacy was compromised. At $500 per night, surely tea/coffee making facilities could be improved. Two tea bags? Really?? We arrived at 1pm on Saturday for a birthday party, and were told by barstaff that they had run out of Sauvignon Blanc wine, the most commonly consumed wine in Australia. Not good enough.
