Great hotel with friendly staff and great services. They have a great breakfast area and two pools with Seaview, a downstairs gym and a steam room for males and females. The location is within walking distance to Mars Pattaya Cafe and close to sanctuary of truth, a short driving or grab distance from central Pattaya but located in close proximity to a lot of delicious local Thai restaurants. Highly recommended.
Good rooms with everything you need. We had a small balcony with the view over the pool and to the (not so romantic) beach. The pool area made me feel a kind of sad over the lack of charm, but the water was nice and clean like the hotel in general. Breakfast was a good standard with nothing missing and the staff was service minded overall.
They charged 1200 baht for early check in four hours and provide only one room. Our booking was of three rooms. Charged 40 baht for 500ml water bottle. When asked to show hotel terms n conditions to charge this amount for early check in, their behaviour became very rude. One of the lady told that she didn’t care about any complaint. Very bad experience staying there.
