Waymore Hotel Spa & Casino

Had a great stay at The Waymore Hotel. The bellman set the tone right away—helpful and patient and he even gave us tips on the weather. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and while the lobby is small, the service made up for it. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a walk-in shower and great bathroom décor. The gym had the basics to keep a routine going, and the pool on the terrace had amazing city views. The spa, however, was disappointing—the representative seemed annoyed we even came in. The breakfast buffet that came with our package was also underwhelming. We didn’t even finish our plates and it was the last time we ate there. The hotel is in a great location with shops and food options within two blocks. Brushing up on your Español helps a lot in Panama. We stayed two nights but could’ve easily spent our whole trip here thanks to the location, customer service and overall vibe.

This was my husband and my first time to stay at the Waymore. The customer service was great! We were greeted at the front desk, and everyone spoke very good English and were very helpful. Our bags were taken by a bellboy(?) who showed us how to use their elevator and bring our bags to our room. The hotel has a restaurant ( we ate had dinner, good food) and a cafe on the first floor. There is also a casino and spa, with a pool on another floor. We were very happy with our room. Air conditioning and hot water. They have 24-hour room service. We would definitely go back.

During my two recent visits to your casino, I experienced an issue with beverage service. On both occasions, while seated at a table, a waitress did not approach to take my order, requiring me to go to the bar for drinks. I observed waitstaff providing service to other patrons in different areas. Additionally, your website currently advertises a '2-for-1 Mojitos' promotion that was not honored when I inquired, which I find to be misleading. I am quite surprised by this level of customer service.
