We Home Resort

I was the only guest staying here on this night. It was very quiet! I stayed here several years ago, so I thought I would give it another try. It was a little bit tired and could do with a face lift and sort out the garden area. Having said that, it is still a wonderful place to stay, high up in the hills where the air is fresh and cooler. The swimming pool is clean and very well looked after. It really is a pleasure to swim in it. It's quite difficult to find, especially when returning after an evening meal outside, but the resort shows up well on Google maps. I'd definitely recommend this resort also the little shop to the right of the main entrance. The lovely lady who owns this kept me company while I enjoyed a few beers!

Stayed for a family vacation on 12-13 October 2024. Location - In the middle of nowhere in Pakchong district. Found myself in the middle of refreshingly green nature. No public transport. Small + curvy + hilly local roads on mountains with few houses. NO street lights, a bit scary for night drives but should not be problematic if you are skillful drivers. Resort - Clean. Comfortable bed. Only problem is the bathroom - very weak shower's water. Good large and clean pool. Breakfast - Good. Not many options but good quality and great taste. Our family was quite unfortunate as we had a power cut off during our stay caused by an accident at the outside community and the resort was affected. A lady at the lobby cooked breakfast for our family in the dark kitchen with a torch. We appreciate her efforts and service mind so much. Even better if - The resort's pool is open to outsiders for freelance swim teachers and their students. This sometimes blocks opportunities for resort clients to use the pool. We stayed only one night. We planned to swim in the evening of the 1st day after a long exhausting drive from Bangkok but the pool was occupied by a swim lesson. On the next day, we planned to swim in the morning after breakfast but the pool was also booked for another swim lesson. We decided to leave without touching the pool and this was disappointing as we all brought swimsuits.
