WE Hotel Jeju

Loved our stay here. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly going above the call of duty every time we spoke to them. The meditation pool and relaxation program activities are great for relieving stress. Plus they have an adjoining hospital for elective cosmetic procedures so you can receive excellent treatment and recover in nature.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was being exceptionally kind and attentive. The hotel itself looks really luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible swimming pool and the green peaceful surroundings. It really is a place where you can relax perfectly. We had six nights, but I wish we stayed longer. I highly recommend staying at WE hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Disappointing place which offers sub standard service and placed me at the far corner of the restaurant Dochase while there are seats by the windows. Lied to me that the tables by the window suffer from water dripping. Totally racist place if you are non Korean. Besides, having a meal with 10% service charge plus another 10% government tax feels like a scam. Staffs speak little English and experience difficulty at check in. Gave me the worse room because I booked via Hotels.com. I paid for a seaview room and told me it depends on the situation so it isn’t available anymore. Don’t try my friend. Total holidays spoiler.
