Weil Hotel

Truly exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, precisely what you want in a city-center hotel. Being able to step out and immediately be at Ipoh Parade was a huge plus, making my trip so much more convenient. Inside, my room was exactly what I needed cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a great selection of tasty options to start the day. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making my entire stay a smooth and enjoyable one. This hotel ticks all the boxes!

1. The room was clean and well-kept. 2. Check-in was smooth and fast. 3. The parking system was quite inconvenient — guests need to insert the card twice, and the parking area was poorly lit and very quiet. There were also many water puddles, indicating a lack of maintenance. 4. The gym was decent. However, when I took the lift to level 6, the entire floor was very dark with no lights turned on. Management should ensure the lights are functioning to make it easier for guests to access the gym. As a first-timer, it was quite a bad experience. 5. Breakfast was average in my opinion. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of the food quality and variety.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel - rooms are refurbished, clean and comfortable. The supper service was a nice touch and the homemade soy bean drink was delicious even without sugar! The lounge was much smaller than most places so don't expect full cocktail service. Rooms on the 12th floor are nice and spacious and clean - the entire hotel is well kept but after 10 years probably in need of a refresh. Breakfast spread was decent, but everything I tried tasted nice! Also love the eco-friendly measures taken by the hotel to install built in water filters in the bathroom - and go without plastic bottles!
