We stayed here for 6 nights back in May for our family holiday and booked the deluxe family suite which was perfect for four of us. The room was nice and clean and the beds and sofa bed in the lounge/ open room were really comfortable. The kitchenette was ideal for making quick meals and hot drinks. The location was the best part of this hotel. It was opposite a tram station which made getting to places really convenient. Galata port was five mins walk and the place is lovely in the evenings. Galata tower was five mins walk too. There are loads of restaurants and local shops around the hotel. There is a super market right opposite the hotel which was so handy! The staff were so helpful, kind and super friendly. A great place to stay if you don’t want to be too far away from sites but still want to be in a trendy neighbourhood.
Rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. It's an easy walk to the tram station with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Some of the staff were friendly, but a few were outright rude. We wanted to leave a tip but didn’t have cash, and when we apologised, they made snide comments like "how can you travel without carrying cash." Really unprofessional way to treat guests. I stayed in a couple of different rooms and each had its own issues. One didn’t even have bedside tables, another had a loud noise that kept waking me up in the middle of the night. All the rooms look out onto a depressing, empty courtyard. On top of that, every bathroom had a strong sewage smell that never went away.
