Welcomheritage Ayatana Ooty

I spent two days at Ayatana Ooty and had a really good stay. The property is peaceful and well-kept, making it a great spot to unwind in the hills. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the food at their restaurant—there were plenty of options and everything tasted great. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Ayatana Ooty for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

A beautiful resort we stayed at recently for a family vacation. It’s a bit away from Ooty city which maybe inconvenient for a few if you plan to go into the city. But a beautiful escape from the noise and chaos of life into a quaint tiny resort with the most warm and welcoming staff. The service and food were exceptionally good and they did everything possible to make my toddlers stay comfortable. They have a few cute activities on the property like a rope course, nature walk; archery, indoor games. It was really wonderful to stay here. Things they can improve: the resort name says SPA. No spa is to be found. Pool should be heated because this area is cold most of the year. Central heating for room is better than installing AC for same reason. Finally, alcohol needs to be served to elevate the experience further. One can organize meditation and yoga sessions to keep up with the spirit of a getaway from the noise of the city and a serene peaceful haven. The price per room is also quite high considering these negative points. But by the time we left, the service (Mr. Manu from Kerala) and food won us over. Overall, we loved this resort and are now excited to check out Ayatana Coorg at another time!

This is an amazing place… full of so many beautiful, calming, serene scenery, instagramable & very neat-clean. Food served during breakfast dinner both amazing and many vegetarian options in the spread with sufficient non-veg options as well. Very warm restro staff. The staff there (specially Mr Peter, the Manager of the property) is always on their toes to help u with the best of hospitality. Very well maintained place.
