The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Dining was another highlight—meals were flavorful, with a good variety of options. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and relaxed. Overall, I would definitely recommend Welcome Heritage Elysium to anyone looking for a blend of tradition, comfort, and attentive service. A great stay!

I recently had a memorable vacation in Shimla and welcoming us at Welcomheritage Elysium Shimla will stay in our memories. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and the check‑in was hassle free . Our room was clean, spacious, and most importantly had beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The breakfast spread blends and includes local flavors with international options. It was good to see Saurabh welcoming us for breakfast and greeting us goodnight after dinner. The captains tavern staff were very courteous and attended to our asks very politely and with a smile. The room temperature was centrally controlled and there is no flexibility to adjust in the room. Coming from west and summer just begun in Shimla, we felt the room very hot and we had to open the windows throughout our stay. One thing that I recommend is to provide an option to the guest to adjust room temperature. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience—I highly recommend it

Excellent hotel. Lovely friendly and attentive service. Modern bright spotless rooms. Food was delicious with a good range of dishes. Location slightly out of Shimla but beautiful wooded location and views and easy to get into the main tourist areas. Would come back again.
