WelcomHeritage Tarangi Ramganga Resort Corbett

This resort was absolutely amazing! The food was yummy every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with classy interiors. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a fantastic experience — definitely worth visiting again

The hotel is good in terms of hospitality, their buffet spread and the proximity to the river. However the bathrooms are a bit disappointing. Also the approach to the hotel is quite an adventure -Almost 1 km stretch is bumpy. Also it is 45minutes ahead of main Corbett hotels and that is an additional travel time. Go for pine cottages only. The standard room lacks view and balcony. Even though the approach to the hotel is a task, once you enter the property you will feel good. The food is also good so that’s a big plus.

Worst stay ever – Not Worth the Time or Money I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. Despite paying a high amount for just a one-night stay, we were thoroughly disappointed across all aspects – food, stay, service, and location, what we got was far below even the most basic standards. The food was extremely poor in quality and hygiene. We were served cold rotis. To make things worse, we even found a fly in the food. When we tried to raise this concern, instead of handling it politely, the manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. His behavior was shocking and unprofessional. What started as a complaint from our side soon turned into a full-blown argument, with other guests also joining in to express their dissatisfaction with the food and service. We had also ordered cold coffee to our room, which tasted terrible. Even the high tea had barely any snacks options available. The stay itself was far from comfortable. We were shocked to find a cockroach and a spider on our bed, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. It made it really hard to relax or feel at ease. For the price they charge, such issues are completely unacceptable. The location of the resort also added to our frustration. The road leading up to the property was in terrible condition. The resort is located far from the main area, and there are absolutely no nearby options to order food or essentials. We ended up traveling extra only to feel stuck and disappointed in the middle of nowhere. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. The poor food, unhygienic conditions, unhelpful staff, and isolated location made it a regretful choice. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort.
