This hotel truly reflects the excellence the ITC brand is known for. Hospitality & Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were outstanding in every way. A special shoutout to Chef Prakash Varanasi, whose culinary expertise made every meal an experience. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Chef Prakash even accommodated personal preferences with great care — a true professional. The reception team—Hari Priya, Divya, Naveen, and Saleem—were always welcoming and efficient. Their helpful nature and friendly demeanor made my stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. Management Excellence: Akhil, the restaurant manager, ensured top-notch service every day, creating a welcoming and well-organized dining environment. I also deeply appreciate the leadership of Mr. Rajesh Nath, the General Manager. His dedication to guest satisfaction clearly reflects in every aspect of the hotel’s operation. Room & Cleanliness: I would also like to mention siva ramKrishna, the housekeeping staff member who took care of my room. He was always punctual, polite, and ensured that the room remained clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. His work ethic and attention to detail truly stood out. Additionally, I was very pleased to observe that ITC is actively supporting inclusivity by employing individuals with disabilities. It was heartening to see such thoughtful and meaningful initiatives being practiced. It reflects the brand’s strong values and commitment to social responsibility. The dishes lacked flavor, were served lukewarm, and did not meet the standards one would expect from such a reputed hotel. The quality and freshness were clearly missing. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food standards
