I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The overall experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Dwarka, Dinesh, and the rest of the service staff who were incredibly attentive and took great care of us. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were cosy, clean, and very comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the chauffeurs, Happy and Manjeet, who were professional, friendly, and made our travel smooth and pleasant. This hotel is truly a must-visit, and I look forward to coming back again!

Had a lovely dinner at ITC Katra! The food was served beautifully, and the staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Though dessert wasn’t available at the time, they surprised me with complimentary pastries before I left — such a thoughtful gesture! I often visit this property, and their consistent hospitality and service always make the experience amazing. Highly recommended!

Staff is amazing especially the folks working in the restaurant. Ravinder is the best F&B in charge that I have ever met. Very courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly. My daughter has gluten allergy (Celiac) and he was very very good in working with the kitchen staff to accommodate that. I was there for 3 days and had all my three meals at the same restaurant. He made our stay here simply exceptional. Overall, excellent staff and great service no matter what department you are dealing with.
