I recently attended the AICA Cashew Convention, which was held at a venue in Mahabalipuram. I stayed at the venue for two days and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service provided by the venue was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring that all our needs were met. The location, while a bit far from Chennai, offered a unique opportunity to explore the surrounding area, which is steeped in history and natural beauty. The venue is situated near several beautiful beaches, as well as the famous Five Rathas monument. This made for a wonderful experience, allowing me to combine business with pleasure. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone attending the AICA Cashew Convention or other events in the area. Great place for a staycation with family or friends. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time. Though it was not a pvt beach it was safe and couldn't find much outsiders. Breakfast spread was adequate and taste was excellent. They provided complementary cake for a birthday celebration. Room service was good. Crib was provided on request. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will consider going back.

Room service The money we paid for the room was not well organised, especially when we requested a single bed for the kid, even after paying for it. A huge disappointment was that all our luggage, including the laptop, was left downstairs unattended for 6 hours instead of being delivered to the room, as was the original plan. The restaurant and Shack's services were excellent, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Haripriya's hospitality and customer service in explaining food and ingredients was excellent.
