Wonderful Welcome and Smooth Check-In Experience From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were truly impressed by the warm and professional welcome we received. The staff at the front desk were incredibly courteous, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We were greeted with smiles, offered refreshments, and given all the necessary information in a clear and pleasant manner. The team patiently answered our questions. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality – we didn’t feel like just another guest checking in, but rather like valued visitors. It really set a positive tone for our entire stay. A great check-in can make all the difference, and this resort truly understands that. I usually don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t skip this one thanks to the exceptional hospitality by the ITC staff. A special shout-out to "Gourav", who went out of his way to ensure my two-night stay was as comfortable as possible, including a lovely room upgrade. The room service was spot on timely, convenient, and consistently delicious, which made it perfect for someone like me juggling work during the stay. The breakfast, while decent, felt a bit underwhelming perhaps due to the large crowd, which made it slightly chaotic and affected the overall experience. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and the location is ideal right on the main road, making travel easy. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff once again, and especially to "Gourav" for the early check-in and late check-out, which made a huge difference with my meeting schedule. Oh, and if you're reading this before your stay don’t forget to try their Welcome Cookies. They’re absolutely delicious!
