Our stay at the ITC Welcome Hotel in Shimla was an absolute dream, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. General Manager Ankit and his team truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and his personal touch was evident in every detail. The property itself is a true slice of paradise, with a breathtaking view of the Mashobra Valley from our balcony. And the food? Simply amazing. The variety and quality were exceptional, but the highlight for us was the bar—the cocktails were incredible, each one a perfect blend of creativity and flavor. It was a flawless stay, and we left feeling completely refreshed and already planning our next visit.

Very peaceful and calm place. Ideal place if you want to spend time away from the busy and noisy world. Amazing scenic beauty, rooms are very good but small in size. Service is undoubtedly excellent. Staff is very humble and helpful. Food is amazing. But you don't get many options in breakfast and dinner like in other similar hotels. Another issue is the approach road, it is narrow and steep and also not properly maintained. Overall, good option to stay for not more than a couple of days.
