ITC Your commitment on your website “One common legacy – Warmth” and its not there in … Mixed Experience — Good Staff, Poor Facilities. We booked seven rooms at ITC Tavleen Chail for two nights. While the staff was very polite, helpful, and provided quick service, the overall experience fell short of expectations especially considering the five star rates charged. (Rs 25000.00 per room per night). The mattresses in all the rooms were very uncomfortable , and none of us could sleep properly for both nights. Rooms are big but the washrooms are extremely small ( even 3 star washrooms are bigger then it) , and the restaurant was tiny with limited seating and very ordinary breakfast with limited options ( need 100% improvement) Swimming pool is so small and only 10 to 12 guests can swim. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hotel staff did their best to assist us wherever possible. Unfortunately, despite the good service and good food served in rooms , the poor room comfort and basic facilities make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel at its current pricing. How ITC is running this hotel to think . ITC our expectations from you always are very good for comfortable stay but this time you break our heart. Sorry.
