The hotel itself is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, could use a bit more variety but good enough. The location is good. There are supermarkets and restaurants all around. Bus stops are like 2-4 minutes away. The only problem is the parking. We always struggled to find a parking spot when returning at night and it would take us 30+ minutes to find one. Other than that, the hotel itself and our experience there was really good. Definitely recommended.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are very dedicated when guests are in difficult situations. I was very impressed by the staff's kind attitude. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Cons: The noise from conversations late at night can be heard up to the upper floors, and it is quite noisy. There is no refrigerator in the room and no water is provided. Common: The parking space around the hotel is narrow, but you can stop for a short time to unload or load luggage. There is a microwave and coffee pot for public use on the first floor.
This budget-friendly accommodation is an excellent option for a one-night stay, offering great value for the price. However, it may not be suitable for longer stays due to the unpleasant bathroom odor and noisy guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's customer service is commendable and ensures a pleasant experience.
