The service was our favourite part of our stay!! Ines, Fernando, Abdel and the rest of the bar/ service team treated us so well and were so kind in general. They got to know our orders and provided great hospitality :) Jessica was lovely helping us find ways to travel, answering our questions, and handling and incident with fish in a salad without a label. The restaurant staff were also lovely, chefs did their best to answer questions but there was a big lack of vegetarian items. Sometimes the cooked vegetables contained meat, salads typically had fish in them, and the soups were always containing meat, even when labeled “vegetable soup”. The pool area was nice, we loved how close to the beach we were, there are beautiful places within walking distance! The nearby beaches were stunning, crystal clear :) We recommend renting a car to travel as the bus system in the area isn’t super convenient to travel to other towns.

The hotel was great. The location was almost perfect. You're on the beach in 5 minutes and there's a wonderful pool. The cocktails at the bar were prepared with love and skill. But the best part was the Animator with his great animations. There were many different activities for teenagers, toddlers, and adults alike. The animator is very nice, attractive, and humorous and always creates a good atmosphere, whether with music or ping-pong matches in his free time (Cristian). Stayed with my family during May half term 2025. A beautiful hotel, clean and lovely decor. The best thing is the staff, they were so very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, served in a lovely pleasant & large dining room. This hotel is close to the beach, shops and evening entertainment. Perfectly situated for a great holiday. I would definately stay here again and I really do recommend it to others.
