Well Palace Side

A lot of variety when it comes to food, but not the best of quality. Lovely pool side though. Staff speak very poor English, they're better with German and Russian. If guests need any ironing they have to make a request and are charged extra for the service. It takes 3 days for the items to be ironed and returned to the guest. The drinks weren't excellent apart from Efes beer. They offer a bus to the beach and back everyday. If choosing to walk should be a good 10 min walk. Shops, bars and pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance.

Not Great!! Food wasn't great. Staff were unable to speak much English so were unable to help us with anything. No entertainment, apparently we could have gone to the adjoining Hotel but found out in the way home. A la Carte meals were nice, and well worth booking. Lots of shopping locally and a handful of bars but not much else going on! Room was very basic but cleaning staff were lovely and helpful x We were moved here as they closed the hotel we booked, avoid if English.

In general, not so bad hotel. The reception staff is not friendly, and the food is terrible, especially breakfast. Literally everything tastes bad. The restaurant staff throws food as if they are feeding dogs. Their equipment is dirty. All 3 of us got sick on different days from the food. The pool is oke. The rooms are nice and cleaning staff is very friendly. I would definately not recommend to go here unless you have a stomach of steel. It would be good to have major maintenance here. 1 star is all we can give. We were here from mid August-beginning of September 2022 with 2 adults and a 5 year old.
