Wellness Aparthotel Lechlife incl Pool 400m zum SKILIFT

When reviewing this it has 4.7 stars, but I don't understand why people gave it less than 5. The location, accommodation and service justify a full score. Especially the friendliness and service of the personnel is outstanding. Thanks for a splendid (although short) stay. Greetings from the cycling brothers from the Netherlands

We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Apartment and were truly very satisfied. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast basket can be adjusted upon request, and we even received vegan and vegetarian options. Our apartment was stylishly and modernly furnished. The spa area also appeared to be completely new; despite the busy Easter weekend, it was never overcrowded, and there was always space available in the sauna, even though the hotel was almost fully booked. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay :-) 9/10 A few minor improvements could make it a 10/10 experience. We hope our feedback is helpful and understandable for you: • In the room: Instead of three armchairs, a sofa would have been more comfortable and practical. • It was a pity that the outdoor pool only opens when the temperature reaches 15°C. We had bright sunshine and 10°C, and would have loved to enjoy it, as would other guests. • On the day of departure, it is possible to use the indoor pool from 10 a.m. onwards. Unfortunately, cleaning work started right at 10 a.m. — if it had been completed earlier, guests could have enjoyed full relaxation without any distraction from staff, even though they tried their best to stay unnoticed (which is understandably difficult). • The saunas only open from 2 p.m. onwards; we would have loved to use them already in the morning. - To make the relaxing atmosphere in the wellness area even more perfect, it might be nice if the door could close a bit more softly, as the current loud closing can sometimes be a little startling while resting or reading • Renting e-bikes is a fantastic service, but some maintenance would be beneficial (e.g., gear shifting, tires, Bosch app functionality). • Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was quite poor — it wasn’t even possible to stream a YouTube video, except near the kitchen area, close to the room door, where the connection was stronger. - Considering the price level, it would be a lovely addition if amenities like the pool table, fooseball, and darts were also included free of charge, just like the PS5 and table tennis — it would make the experience even more perfect. Nice and clean apartment hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I also loved how modern it was and the way it was decorated. The only small negatives were how cold the pool was and the construction materials outside our apartment ruined what could've been a lovely view.
