Wellness Hotel Chopok

Very nice hotel with perfect animation programme for kids up to 10 years. Tasty and healthy dinners, excellent choice for families who want to spend their family vacation time without any stress.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, especially to the kitchen and restaurant staff for their willingness to advise, help with the selection of gluten-free dishes that were available, or to prepare a dish in a gluten-free version as part of the evening menu, during our stay pancakes were also prepared for breakfast in front of the guest, which they willingly prepared for me in a gluten-free version. I recommend the hotel for families with children, they have a rich animation program, wellness for children and especially for adults. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. We spent three nights at this hotel as a family of four during our skiing trip to Jasná, and overall, it was a great experience. We booked a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The rooms were very comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone. A major highlight was the frequent bus service to the ski resort, making transportation very convenient. Additionally, the hotel had a dedicated ski room with lockers and drying facilities for our equipment, which was a great touch. Breakfast was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The wellness area was also excellent, providing a relaxing space to unwind. However, we did find the pool a bit too cold for swimming, which was a minor disappointment. One area that could use improvement is room service. Unfortunately, the glasses and mugs were never cleared or washed during our stay. On the second day, housekeeping only made the beds in the main bedroom and didn’t attend to the second bedroom at all. Additionally, they didn’t collect and replace the towels which was a bit of inconvenient. When I went to reception to ask for fresh towels, they sent the housekeeper right away. However the house Keeper did not seem particularly happy about it which detracted me from my overall service experience. Despite these small issues, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning for future trips.
