Excellent hotel in Liberec. Welcoming, nice, friendly staff and helpful with any request. The family room is not large, but it is good enough for those who are not in the hotel most of the day. A special accommodation method with free access for guests to the bar for drinks and food while registering things with their room number. Paid of course, but very, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many special and luxurious things. The hotel is far from the city center, so you should consider getting around by car / taxi or tram, the stop of which is next to the hotel. The hotel has private parking on site.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel—one of the best I’ve ever visited! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide great tips on local activities and places to visit. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches for families, such as a small play area with toys for kids. The darkening curtains were a great addition, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and I loved that we could borrow bed rail guard to keep our little one safe. The hotel is extremely kid-friendly, offering everything you might need for babies and young children. There was a small playroom, but it had a huge variety of toys, and they even provided board games to borrow. Breakfast was also very nice. There was a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with kids. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a blast! We expected much, but we didn't expect THAT! Our whole stay was great. The room, the whirlpool, the service, the style of the hotel, the immense breakfast buffet. We we're sad that we were just traveling through Czech Republic and we were only able to stay one night. But we'll definitely come again! Everything was amazing!
