Very nice hotel. Taste of food is good and some of dishes very good. Gym is little bit too small and stuffy. Rooms are clean and big, bathroom is clean too. Location is good for people with cars, hotel is in some distance from town.
The hotel itself is very nice, has lots of possibilities and the cleaning and room service is very good. However the restaurant is another story. The service with a few exceptions is very inexperienced, and inattentive. We hade a couple of meals there and while the food itself was okay, they forgot our orders, delivered something completely different, even tough we pointed to the item on the menu in Czech and didn't even apologize at all. On top of that one of the waiters spilled an entire beer on the table, which was not replaced until we specifically asked for it. All in all good hotel, but there are better restaurants near by.
29.9.2022 3rd time in 3 weeks there and impression gets worse and worse. One time got bluffed on unfriendly by receptionist for arriving at 14:30,30mins prior to the comparably late checkin time of 15:00,2nd time was charged for a much too small bathrobe (nothing exceeding L available)and after even swimming impossible as completely cramped wellness zone,2 times TV didnt worked in old building,but to be charged now for a superior and getting the same room size as last time is simply too much! Beside the fact that "soundproof" is a hoax as everytime in night drunken and rioting guests are shouting in the corridors. Breakfast still excellent,but everything else became substandard compared with "preCovid".Was my last visit there. 30.9.2024 restaurant was a pleasant surprise-quality and service became much better...so I gave the hotel a second chance and was glad to receive an upgrade and to relax after a long journey in the pool.....and the mess began...."367 days per year"opened,you find yourself at closed door for "VIP-guests" and when complaining about-you receive even a straight lie concerning t&c....o.k.,so the official way,sadly...
