Wellness Hotel Jean de Carro

We had a wonderful stay at Jean de Carro! We booked last minute, which made for a little discount. On top of that we were offered a nice package deal for a spa visit the next day. So after enjoying a lucious breakfast in the morning, and walking the town during the day we relaxed in the small, but very neat wellness area. Especially the steam room is very recommendable. Aside from everything being well maintained and clean, the service quality was very good. We were always greeted with a warm smile and felt very welcome. Thank you very much!

We stayed at hotel for three nights and were very satisfied with service, location and view from our room. Breakfasts were different every day and staff was helpful at dinner room as well. Our rooms were clean and with breathtaking view. Great location and excellent service, definitely will come back

Expensive parking and wellness fee. Wellness includes one "jacuzzi" which is comfortable for maximum 2 people and 2 saunas. The first receptionist was not willing to help us, she didn't really speak in English or Deutsch, maybe she just did not understand us. We booked 5 rooms and 3 parking places. Only 2 parking place was available and she did not really care about that. The location and the breaktast were really great, although the rooms like travelling back to early 2000's. Next time we would choose something else, I don't recommend it.
