Wellness Hotel Löwe

Very nice, clean rooms although several lamps didn't work as well as the hairdryer. The staff was nice. Rest of the experience was more than underwhelming. I've been to hotel with 3 stars that delivered far better and cheaper experience than this hotel. Wellness was nothing to write home about but honestly, the worst experience was the kitchen. The food wouldn't be worth it even if cheap. The reviews we found of 4,7/5 would me more accurate if it was 4,7/10. Also, while it's never stated, we were surprised that parking is on the street and paid.

Having a bit of a mixed feeling to be honest . They advertise 3 hot tubs but 2 were out of service during the weekend. Only the one at the swimming pool was working. The working one was suitable only for the maximum of 3 people so when there were more than 1 couple at the spa , not everyone could use it .. The breakfast was ok, it would be better with a bigger selection for the ones whose are gluten or dairy free. Our room was clean and the size of it was ok , however the bathroom smelled so bad . Also they advertised high speed internet . Internet connection was bad ..barely could use it. Not sure if we return here , even tho the location is great and restaurants are within walking distance but I feel the value and what the wellness offers doesn’t worth the price. Another shocking point, during the check out the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask if we have enjoyed our stay. It would be essential, in my opinion.

I arrived late with my colleague to Piestiany and we didn't have hotel booking. Arrived to this hotel by some local recommendation. They only had available two rooms, one of them with a jacuzzi in the terrace and we were offered special price for the night. The rooms were great but the problem is that when unpacking my luggage, I saw a small mouse running on the fridge area. We told this to reception and then they searched but found nothing. I slept well and didn't see again the mouse. The issue that most dissapointed me from the situation is the hotel staff's attitude. Next morning in the check out there was a guy who supposedly was the responsible of the hotel and only showed arrongance and unpoliteness even claiming that we came to hotel causing trouble and not believing the mouse's story. Unlike this guy, I am a more polite person myself and don't write to say that the hotel is the worst or rooms are awful, but to dennounce the staff's attitude toward this kind of situation, specially the one of the responsible, rude and even accusing us of the ones making trouble.
