Great hotel. It's our second visit and we enjoy it again! Children will always find something to do. Food variety and quality is excellent.
First of all, there is free parking at hotel, but that is tricky. Free parking spot is around 200m away from the hotel. There is a more convenient parking, with access to the hotel and that one is not free. Second, sound isolation is not so good. Some people are speaking loudly after midnight (we couldn't understand which room), but we hear it like next to us. So, first night was not very comfortable. But when we shared this situation with the hotel personnel, they solved it immediately. There was no sound in the coming days. Food is really good. Many healthy choices. Everything seems clean. Room is comfortable and tidy, but not large. If you come with a child, can be tight. Swimming pools and spa facilities are really good. Many options. Thermal water. All well-maintained and clean. Even it was the peak time (Easter holiday) and hotel was full, we did not have any issues as the crowd was well distributed in many facilities. In general a good hotel. People are friendly and they are all very professional.
Nice, clean hotel in a very quiet location near the forest. Very good food also. Using the lift you can go to the "basement" level where tunnels connect you to all the other facilities. A bit on the expensive side though.
