Wellness Hotel Step

Nice rooms, lovely breakfast, lots of options for kids, ours never wanted to leave the hotel. Be aware that the pool is by voucher and for limited time, but that keeps the pool not too full and it was enough for us. Location is a bit remote but you can get to the city using public transportation in about half an hour.

My sister and I recently stayed at The Wellness Centre hotel and had a lovely experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the O2 Arena, which was ideal as we were attending a concert there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities. We made the most of the swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation areas—it was a great way to wind down after a busy day. Overall, a great stay with fantastic amenities in a brilliant location. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others visiting the area.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff were polite and helpful. We got a free upgrade and really appreciated the little gifts in the room and at check-out. The wellness area is a must — pools, saunas, and it wasn’t too crowded in the evening. Breakfast was tasty (especially the tomato juice!) and the whole dining area was spotless. Loved the live music in the lobby — such a nice touch. Would happily stay again!
