Nice surroundings. Parking is Not free $15 one night in garage. $10 out side Infront of hotel. $5 per night outside down the road. The hotel this week was cold as if they are saving on heating. The food in the hotel is always Cold. Waiters are unhappy. It's a good hotel for kids to play. Nice swimming pool with sauna steam Ice cold plunge pool, hot bubble tub. Has a small gym. Over all 3 star. If food was served Hot 4 star. And please ask the chef to learn how to properly cook fried eggs as there are always under cooked.

Pros: For every fan of the winter sports the hotel's location couldn't be better. The ski lift is literally 20m from the hotel entrance. Rooms are spacious and bright, with windows facing either the Eastern or Western slope of the valley. The walls are well soundproofed. The breakfast is good, with plenty of options every day. Coffee is really good. Cons: Let's start with a warning to all drivers: everyone walks on the streets in the hotel's neighbourhood, including parents driving strollers with children, because there are simply no sidewalks nearby... We have been to many hotels all over the world, but never experienced such an ambigious service as in this hotel. We usually spend our winter holidays in Czechia, sometimes in large hotels like Orea, sometimes in smaller ones. We came here a big family group, and with 3 small kids, looking for a few days of getaway and relax. But from the very beginning we were struggling to find it here really. A warning to drivers: everyone walks on the streets, including parents driving strollers with childre At the check in each of us heard a bit different story, no one received the full information. Some crucial details about our stay were missed, and only when we compared what we heard, we could see the full picture. We booked via booking.com and I received only one booking number confirmation, but we were asked for more derailed information, about booking numbers of specific rooms. Not sure where to find it. We failed to find a free table in the a la carte restaurant for our first dinne. No one told us there is also a buffet option. We waited long for a free table in the buffet, even though we are hotel guests, not from the apartments. The next day story repeated, I had to insist after waiting for 45 minutes, and only then we were allowed to enter and discovered there were many free tables inside. We kept hearing different stories about the buffet: you don't need to book a table in advance, you have to do so, or you need to send an email. Another example: today I ordered a simple coffee with milk at the bar, not a busy time, and received a different thing, after 25 minutes of waiting, something that was served by mistake first to a different table. It is really hard to find anyone from the crew speaking communicatively, usually we hear "I don't know" even if we ask about such a trivial thing as what's the minimal age for the specific event for children. And last but not least be sure to check the bill, we were charged for things we did not order.

We got a small room no. 307 max. 14 m, on the bookings you state that superior has 20 This room is the Economy version, and we were charged as for Superior. the room is crooked, it is difficult to pass without hitting the desk it is not possible to work at the desk because there is no passage Small balcony, built in clogged shower clogged sink dirty toilet mould/mildew in the fridge I paid for an underground garage, no spaces, car parked under the hotel. On the invoice the price for the garage was charged, it was only at check out that I reported this as an unjustified charge I am your guest for the third time this year, the next time was to come in September. Previously we had superior rooms, the one we have now in comparison is a double economy not superior! We were told at reception that a version of the same room - at the same price but with an extra room is offered to customers with children - blatant discrimination, the price for the inferior smaller room is the same. I could not believe that the hotel acted like that. I would like to add that at breakfast it is impossible to eat in silence, there is noise, a lot of children and no free tables. This is not a hotel for people without children (the reception itself makes this clear at every step). Customer service in this hotel does not exist. After reporting the above-mentioned comments to the reception, I received information that they do not accept complaints and I have to call the reservation. No one answered the phone there, so I wrote an e-mail to both the reception and reservations departments and was told that the manager would contact me regarding this matter. To date, there has been no contact (exactly one week has passed). Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to any singles, couples or people who expect a minimum 4 star standard, this hotel has no 4 star, max 3, and the Customer Service, is a tragedy. You have just lost a regular customer.
